1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by GO-GETTER SALES INC., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

GO-GETTER SALES INC. provides information technology and software services including but not limited to custom software development, cloud solutions, cybersecurity services, IT consulting, and technical support. The specific terms of each service engagement will be outlined in a separate service agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to systems and resources required for service delivery. Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials provided.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. Late payments may incur additional fees.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in deliverables created by GO-GETTER SALES INC. will be transferred to the client upon full payment. We retain the right to use general knowledge and skills acquired during the engagement.

6. Limitation of Liability

GO-GETTER SALES INC. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to these terms or our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
